AIGA DESIGN + MUSIC FESTIVAL

Every year AIGA Jacksonville hosts the Design + Music Festival where designers across Jacksonville submit posters featuring their favorite artists and songs. For the 2019 Festival I submitted a poster representing Tash Sultana and Milky Chances newest release Day Dreaming.

Personal Poster Submission

The concept behind this piece was drawn from the lyric "Two souls venturing to the moon." When I initially heard the song I imaged a dream like state which would relate back to the song title. Since the lyric highlighted "souls" I didn't want to portray any kind of human form, hence the organic figures.
